2016年8月，由于公司业务发展迅速、经营规模的不断扩大及办公场地有限，原有办公场地已满足不了公司进一步地发展，骏迪公司正式搬迁落户广州CBD超甲级写字楼——富力新天地中心。
富力新天地中心项目是富力地产以珠江新城CBD成熟的甲级办公楼打造，延续富力CBD写字楼的DNA。总建筑面积约13.5万平方米，楼高233米，主塔楼体量采用化整为零的策略，并对广州大道进行28米的退让，形成舒适的景观广场。
